After Scheduling Interview date received another mail describing the interview process and what's expected in the interview. The interview process included 2 back to back interviews on one-on-one basis. Answer should be in STAR method. The whole interview was on Amazon Chime. First Interview was scenario based and second interview was on leadership. The Interviewer were friendly and didn't feel any interview pressure. After 1 week of the week roughly 5 business days received verbal offer and again after 1 week received offer letter.
