Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Overall the interview process was amazing! The interviews was done virtually through Chime and started with a short informational session with a recruiter and other candidates before two one on one interviews. There was one situational question while the rest were behavioral.

Overall it was a great experience! I interviewed through video conferencing, and it took roughly 2 hours. You first have a chat with the recruiter in a group setting who will go over the expectations and details of the next two interviews. You then move onto two 45 minutes, one on one interviews with managers. In these interviews you will be asked roughly 4-5 behavioral-based questions. Make sure you know the STAR method and the 14 leadership principles of Amazon.
