The interview was held in Detroit, even though the job itself was in other state. One good thing is that Amazon takes care of all travel expenditures for the interview. However, I cannot say that the interview itself which lasted about 1 hour with two separate interviewers was good. They keep asking behavior based questions that focus on mostly negative experience, under which you feel kind of pressured. The interviewers are not professional HR people, they are just employees who performed other jobs but were promoted to the recruiting position.
