Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Very truthful person. Asked specific questions to the position in which I applied for. Gave great feedback after interview. Answered every single question that I asked. Very knowledgeable interviewer.

The first step after the application was to record some answers on video. Approx. 30m of answering and solving real word scenarios. 2 step was to talk to 3 people on Amazon chime. Total 90 min interview and there is another step after that if everything goes well. I think its too much of a hassle for both parties. They should rethink their recruitment strategies. There is an incredible amount of time amd effort needed and you may not even get anything in the end.
