Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Very quick and professional. An initial 45 minute phone screening. For the onsite interview there were four 45 minute interviews. The interviewers were all Senior Ops Managers and above. The questions revolved around the 14 Leadership Principles and need to be answered using the STAR Format.

Interview process was long and tedious, took almost 1 month to schedule the interview and 2 months for the job offer. There was a panel interview, followed by 3 1:1 interviews. The BG check.
