Amazon Area Manager interview questions

On site interview, tour of operations facilities, meet with peer level managers who describe responsibilities candidly. Met various supervisors and encouraged to ask questions of any kind. Given good feedback and description of process

The interview process took roughly 2 months starting from the initial contact by an amazon HR coordinator to the interview process. The interview process consists of 4 interviews of 30 mins each, rotating from office to office. It was a relaxed environment. It was the same questions just reworded in each room. There is also a math problem that is tricky. They reword the math questions and make it harder. Overall, it was a difficult interview process. Be perpared to be hammered by the interviewers.
