Two week, quick, warm, friendly, welcoming process. They appeared to respond well to physical and mental strength, charisma, humble confidence, ambition, and thoughtfulness. The interviewers were all Amazon workers who are currently or were Area Managers. They were receptive and truly listened to my responses. I found it easy to relate to them and ended the interview feeling confident.

Started with a phone interview where a simple math question was asked. Then it went into an in person interview with another math question and 3 separate interviews where technical and situational questions were asked. They intentionally try to make you uncomfortable to see what stress you can handle.
