They contact me after I applied By Linkedin. The process start with two telephone interviews and Your in-house Interview with 5 people. The people were first one the General manager, after two operational managers and one process engineer and the last one was HR Manager.
The interview will be a combination of competency/behavioural and technical questions.

I was contacted by the Military Relations Recruiter for a preliminary phone screen. We then set a formal phone interview for the next week. A week later I was invited to interview on site. Once on site, I interviewed with 4 different people in a round robin fashion. Each interview last approximately 30 minutes. I was on site from 8 am to noon.
