Interview
Great experience...very motivated recruiting team...The company reached out through multiple avenues (LinkedIn, email, phone), and processed through a phone interview. Very focussed on combination of metrics analysis and leadership experience ("How did your actions in a leadership role increase productivity?")...Great company culture that really draws you in.

Asking to speak in specific metrics about how you improved an event while in a leadership/management role. I had to really ensure I broke out subordinate accomplishments from my own in a leadership role.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2012
Interview
Position was found through University career center website. Interview was 1.5 hours, 45 minute case study with one person, and 45 minute behavioral with the other. Behavioral interview was more intense than any other interview I have had thus far, and I have had about 25. Case study was fairly simple, and involved easy algebra and qualitative thinking.
There were no other interviews after that.
