Interview
I was contacted by an Amazon recruiter via email for an operations position in a new warehouse they are building. We went back and forth for a few days by email until an phone interview was set up. The interview lasted about 30 to 45 min and was basically the STAR format. I personally thought the interview went well due to my ability to answer the question because of my past jobs.
