Amazon Area Manager interview questions

I was contacted by an Amazon recruiter via email for an operations position in a new warehouse they are building. We went back and forth for a few days by email until an phone interview was set up. The interview lasted about 30 to 45 min and was basically the STAR format. I personally thought the interview went well due to my ability to answer the question because of my past jobs. Unfortunately the interviewer did not think so and 2 days later I got the email saying thanks but no thanks.

I First applied online to a post in LinkedIn. After 2-3 weeks I received an email inviting me to answer an online skills test. After 2 weeks I had a 1:1 interview.
