Interview
Pre-COVID, everyone was mass hired 15-30 people at a time; during COVID, only a handful of people were at a time, about 8 or 9 at a time while practicing COVID measures were in place. Either times, you were sat in a room to watch an orientation video with a learning ambassador trainer—they’re the ones who train you to do your job safely but effectively. You can opt out whenever you want—I had this happen to a girl halfway through our orientation. You must watch watch and finish all your other training videos before attending your first day on your offer letter. Drug test swabs are normally only given if you are up to become a blue badge. No formal interview or lame circle questions, which is great for those bad interviewers.
