The process consisted on a virtual assessment first, followed by two interviews which lasted for an hour each. The first one was about personal and professional background (following the STAR method) and the second one was focused on technical skills.

Initial screening made through a situational test on addition to the classic resume and personal information. I’m the threat you had to take decisions based on real life situations that could happen on a day by day basis at work, for example you had to choose the priority of some tasks, or what to do with a colleague not putting much effort on its work.
