Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

Interview process was of 4 rounds. GD- Self introduction n normal questions about details mentioned in Resume, Versant typing, Versant voice- Pearson versant practices helped me alot and HR round- situation based questions like what would you do if you are facing issues while handling a customer? They check our confidence levels and every answer you give matters. Each round has elimination and you'd be informed the same day if you are selected.

It was a campus hire with more than 400. Long process starts with a pre placement talk and an simple aptitude test by which they segregated to 40. Next there was an online typing test to measure your speed of typing. In this round they selected only 8. then next round is listening. This round they selected 5. Next round was speaking and it was the final round. They finally selected 3 and Iam glad that I'm one of them
