I was referred by a friend working in Amazon and got an interview call for TRMS. I went to the office next day. First round was JAM. 25 people were in the room and the recruiter asked for personal introduction and to speak about any topic for 5 min. This was just to test your communication skills. I cleared that round. Then I was asked to take up a logical reasoning test. It was 40 questions test and the duration was 60 min. Questions were a bit tough. I couldn't clear that round. The recruiter told I could apply for Customer Support Associate post if I want. I went through with that process. First there was Typing skills test. We were supposed to write e-mail and few other things like, listen and type, copy the sentence, copy a paragraph, memorize the sentence and write etc were there. I cleared that round. Then i was sent to Telephonic round. Understanding the accent and responding correctly is the key to crack it. Few of the questions were listen and repeat, find the sentence etc. I cleared it and was sent to final HR interview. HR was very friendly and he made me feel comfortable about the interview. He asked so many questions. Most of the were regarding past experiences and how I handled them. These were all related to how can a customer support associate deal with the customer calls they usually get. It was a bit tricky but you just have to be confident and answer accordingly. After a while of waiting they told I was selected for a Voice process.
