Amazon Fulfillment Associate interview questions

there was no interview i sent interest and they sent me an email with a open house. LOL more like a free for all. I understand we are all going for a warehouse position BUT i mean really they had people in there like they just got out of bed and came into "interview" basically they said bring your paper work to fill out your W4 ect and take a drug test. So your approval of the position was really just based on you passing that poor excuse for a screening! Now they wounder why the turnover rate is soooooo high

Since it was an overload of hiring for the holiday season no one on one interview was conducted just schedule appointment and watch videos and if drug test and background come back ok, you are hired!
