There wasn't much of an interview. It was mostly then asking if you would be able to work in a warehouse for 10 hours on concrete. They give it to you straight so you know what your getting yourself into.

I applied online and I got an interview call with 7 days. The entire process was very simple and straightforward. They just asked basic questions about past experiences and why I chose this company and what my goals were

Interview
No formal interview, group assessment, spent around 2hrs filling out forms, ID is photocopied, short test to see if you can read, follow instructions, count - this is very basic and not difficult. I wore smart jeans and a blouse some people were in full suit others in joggers this did not seem to matter,
After documents filled out there is a drugs and alcohol screening - results are given to you there and then, if you fail the drugs/alcohol test it is a life time ban from Amazon. Alcohol is a breatherlizer drugs is a saliva swab.
One of the forms you have to complete does ask basic interview questions
One part of the assessment is a basic test with questions such as - in the below passage circle the 10th letter, underline the 8th letter. Count the squares in the below picture. Reading very short passages and answering question regarding the passage - very easy as all info given to you.
