It wasn’t really an interview. Took assessment online and waited for email to set up appointment to come in and brought 2 forms of ID. Took oral Drug Test waited for email to complete forms. Waited for orientation email.

There is roughly no interview. "Hello, when can you start? take your photo, take your drug test."
