I got an email saying to come into basically a pre-orientation . Once I attended that I was pretty much hired there was no interview. I attended they we did take a drug test, then weeks later I was told to attend orientation after the drug tests came back.

It was Swift and easy, they have a different way of interviewing you, as long as you put in the effort and show that you want to better Amazon, you should be able to get in.

Interview
For upcoming MAN2 FC
Applied online, attended hiring event, guided through each step (Info, presentation, online application, personal information, document scan, interview, photo, D&A, done)
Presentation is done by a member of the Amazon team who will describe and answer questions you may have, video footage of the jobs in action included as a warm-up.
Personal information sheets, where you will fill in your addresses, and consent to a background check by a third party.
Documents will be scanned (important for these to be what is asked of you, bring previous addresses too)
A one-to-one interview with an employee of Amazon, of managerial position, somewhat informal.
You will have you photo taken and be guided through a breathalyzer test, and a swab test.
A conditional offer will be provided to you upon the completion of the event.
