Amazon Fulfilment Associate interview questions

Easiest interview ever. I applied online. Did the personally questionnaire (30 mins). Uploaded my resume. And applied to about 5 different openings. I got an email later that day inviting me to orientation. NO INTERVIEW WAS CONDUCTED. IMMEDIATE HIRE. I got to the orientation and was drug tested (mouth swab) asked to choose the days (or nights) that I'd feel most comfortable working and a photo was taken for my ID. Total time for the initial orientation was about 45 minutes... Most of it spent waiting for the next steps.

August 2016 - Applied Online Nov. 14, 2016 - Received email with contingent offer & schedule Hiring Event Nov. 19, 2016 - Attended the Hiring Event (Brief overview of the company, dress code, etc. Completed drug test (mouth swab) and picked shift preferences Nov. 28, 2016 - Completed I-9 form and Eligibility to Work Today is December 23, 2016 and I still haven't been contacted for further actions. The lady at the Hiring Event told us that if our background check and drug test comes back cleared, then we basically got the job. I don't do drugs nor do I have a criminal history so the reason I haven't been contacted yet can't be because of that. According to my Amazon Portal, my status is still "Awaiting Screening Results". I have tried contacting HR but can't find a phone number and only got vague responses via email. The most info that I've gotten so far is that the facility that processes the drug test is backed up due to the busy holiday season. I will update this post once I hear back from Amazon.
