Pretty standard. Describe yourself, what qualities do you possess, can you work with people. There was a lot of defending Amazon's reputation as being a difficult place to work and difficult company to work for.

There was no interview. If you answered all or almost all the questions right on your application, then most likely you will get the job. You are then required to attend an orientation from one of the dates they give you (there was only one choice for me). There, they go over what the job is and they give you a drug test and background check. If you pass both, you got the job. The process takes 2-3 weeks for you to actually start working.
