6 rounds not including screening call. A lot of repetitive work and key details of the role left until the later rounds that would have helped to know. Interviewers weren't great at answering my own questions. Make sure you learn the leadership principles as these are the boxes that you need to tick

Can you outline a time where you helped a difficult customer
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
