I went through online screening twice, then get to the point of online interview. It's a FULL DAY 5hr interview. Everything you talk about should evolve with Amazon's core values. I didn't get the position, but it's a good experience and the people interviewed me are all very nice people.

many questions are related to your work examples that involve some of the core value in Amazon, so be prepared to have a deep conversation.
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
