Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Different rounds. Call with HR then 4, 15 minute interviews back to back with Amazon employees (bar raisers). They really focus on the STAR method so best to answer every question in that format
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
