The interview process included an online assessment, followed by one or two virtual interviews focusing on analytical thinking, fraud detection scenarios, and behavioral questions based on leadership principles, especially handling risk, investigations, and decision-making.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
