Interview
This was for a temporary post in customer support for holiday season rush. (Nov-Jan) There was an ad in the paper, and walk in interviews.
We were split into groups of around 10-15 people for each round.
The first round was just give a general introduction to judge fluency in English. Then there was an online aptitude test, was pretty long. Based on your performance there, they picked some people for email support, and some potentially for chat and voice support. The later had another round with a team leader where there were the general tell me about yourself, why should I hire you, what are your plans etc questions. Then a mock call where he posed as an rude customer to see how I would handle the situation. That was it.

Interview
The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
