Interview
The first step is to take a digital interview. There were 15 questions. Only one was in English, the rest of them in a native language (Polish).
I didn't get this offer and I asked about feedback. The information that I got was: according to Amazon policy, we can't give feedback about a recruitment process.

Have you ever had the conflict situation with your customer? If yes, how did you handle it?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
