Interview
Zuerst Telefoninterview, gefolgt mt Einladung zum persönlichen Interview in einer der Fullfillment Center. Im persönlichen Interview zuerst eine logistische Aufgabe auf englisch, in der Fehlende Werte durch Berechnungen ergänzt werden sollten. Anschließend drei Gespräche mit drei unterschiedlichen HR-Mitarbeitern. Zuletzt eine Führung durch das Fullfillment-Center. Der Mathe-Test war nicht schwer und erforderte Prozentrechnen und Dreisatz. Im ersten Interview ging es hauptsächlich um Fragen zu Amazon (Jahresumsatz, Lagerhaltung, Produktpprtfolio), die zwei weiteren Interviews waren weitestgehend competeny based. Am besten die Leadership-Principles lernen.

Welche Fähigkeiten haben Sie sich selbst beigebracht?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
