Interview
It was a series of 4 rounds. First was to test communication skills, second was to test basic group discussion, third was logical reasoning and fourth was HR and negotiation.

Logical reaosning: How would I deal with a customer? How would I find the area of a football field and approximately tell how many footballs I'd use to fill up the stadium? without any prior information.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
