I brought 3 forms of ID they went though a schedule preference and schedule process took ID badge photos and then sat for a presentation of the over view of the company the job and benefits.. after that we went to take a swab drug test and we were sent on our way... i got my results about 4 days later saying i passed and had the job and I'm currently awaiting a start date (waiting for about a month and won't probably know till about aug 14-15)

Interview
No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
