I submitted my resume to AWS website and got an email from a recruiter a few days later to set up an interview. The first interview was half behavioral, half about the work I have done in my career. The interviewer went off a script and one could hear them type out stuff on the keyboard. A major downside was the interviewer's terrible accent, which made the process all the more difficult. The second interview was with a guy whose former position I was trying to fill. He was both cocky and apologetic. A lot of questions were similar to the previous interview, however he also added technical depth and grilled on specific encryption methodologies.
