I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Several phone screens then an onsite. You are kind of treated like cattle being pushed through a process. You are assigned an interview date (out of town) without anyone asking if that will work for you. You show up to interview and are put in a group of several others interviewing for the same job. You get a tour together, then you are put in a room to do another assessment and wait for the interviewers to retrieve you. Ultimately I did receive an offer that was about $25k lower than my previous role and would require about 35% more work, so I turned it down.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
