Three 30 minute online interviews using Amazon chime (own video conferencing software).
Questions all based around how experience aligns with Amazon's 14 leadership principles.
Straight forward process and HR team was helpful in advance of the day.

Leadership principle alignment which should be answered relating to their STAR principle.
30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
