Two rounds of telephone interviews, one with a peer, the second was with the hiring manager. The first interview was very cordial, friendly, and the questions were very broad and open ended. Not anything like the horror stories you might find here or elsewhere. The second phone interview was more pointed, the questions were very direct, and a lot of requests for elaboration.

Question 1
All the questions seemed pretty straight forward. I didn't make it to the in person interview, which is where I suppose the hardball begins.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
All the best to everyone going for the interview.
