I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was conducted virtually. I completed an online area manager assessment after being invited to fill out an application. I was invited to a virtual interview event with 2 area managers over Chime, had a great rapport with both interviewers and actually enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately they offered a very very low salary (especially for someone with the education and experience that I have), and I would have been required to move to a very small town 5 hours away. I received a verbal and written offer letter, but I declined due to low salary and the required relocation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you quietly followed a group's decision when you should have spoken up? This can be in an academic or workplace setting.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
