I applied through other source. I interviewed at Amazon (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
The screening process is extensive. I went through three phone interviews and was invited for the onsite (virtual in COVID) POD round-robin, only to have it scheduled out over a month. I was contacted a week prior to the POD interviews and informed that an offer had been extended and accepted by another candidate. Not the best interview experience, even if they found the perfect candidate.

Interview
For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.
