Pretty straight forward interview process, make sure you know all the leadership principles and use STAR method when you answer the questions. A lot of the questions asked, they are not expecting a "correct answer", more of how your mindset was when answering it. Interviewed with 2 different managers.

Do you have any past experience on implementing changes?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
