Was Initially contacted by project manager via linked and asked to connect to recruiter. Recruiter sent an Online assessment. Once clearing online assessment, then had a telephone call with recruiter explain the final interview process. That is 4 rounds of back-to-back video conference interview. Which was a mix of amazon principles and coding challenges. I didnt clear this round. One question which i coudnt understand was LRU, which the interviewer reworded it to fit amazon business. But for the love of God, i didnt understand the problem statement. I was rejected, and as usual there was no feedback, which i never really understand why they dont provide. Its like, "You failed our test, and we wont give you any pointers so figure out your failure yourself and improve. Oh yeah, dont apply again for next 12 months so you can improve in your vacuum of knowledge"
