Easy process but not clear with the goal they are trying to achieve. Not sure if they want to see how smartly some one can lie about stuff which may fit in their rules/guidelines.

all basics around management - how you did your project, what was the target/ achievement/ what you could have done differently etc.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
