I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2022
Interview
All behavioral questions or Leadership Principle questions. Just study the LP's and have examples ready from past work experiences (or school/groups/life if necessary).
Attempt to use metrics wherever possible in answers to clarify for the interviewers.
Research the company and the role prior so you know what you are talking about, and apply your skills/experience to the role where fitting.
Interviewer also harped on safety (a lot!) in the workplace while also being efficient.
Asked good questions to conclude the interview, both interviewers agreed that empathy was necessary for problem-solving and understanding others. I spoke about empathy as a necessary component of my leadership style.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Because L4 is typically an entry-level management role (often targeted at recent college graduates or individuals with early-stage leadership experience), the focus shifts heavily toward potential, basic problem-solving, and your ability to lead groups of people
