Interview
Only one interview was needed for this position. It is based on the Amazon leadership principles and answers should be in the STAR format. If you search the internet you can usually find the question bank that is categorized by principle. If the hiring manager wants to be super helpful, they will assign interview coaching where you attend a virtual meeting and they tell you exactly what principles you will be asked question on. This position was mostly about trust and ownership.
There was also a quick math problem that as easy enough that my 3rd grader could answer.

There might an aptitude test as well.
Three rounds with different departments that might involve learning, HR and operations, with each interview going for about 10-15 minutes.

The interview process relied a lot on the leadership principles. They want answers in the STAR method for every answer. It was a good experience and it helps you understand the role better.
