You can get in through an internal recommendation (which to me is the best but not the only way), you can apply on your own. Then you get selected by a recruiter (if you meet their requirement).
Then come an online test. When you pass this test, depending on the level you apply for, you might one or more interview . In all, it is less stressful. feedback are within few days (especially when they are positive).

First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.
