Applied online and interviewed in May 2022. I had two phone screens and 5 virtual onsite interviews. found Product Alliance's Amazon Interview course very helpful. As expected, the questions I got felt more behavioral than what other companies usually ask, and I tried my best to apply Amazon's leadership principles.

Suppose you’re the new PM in charge of Amazon’s publisher experience. What key success metrics would you track?
The follow-up question they asked: What’s one improvement you would make? How would you measure the success of this initiative?
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
