Interview
I applied for the job online and was immediately hired and picked a start date and time for on-boarding process. To be hired you just have to fill out some basic information and complete a background check. Then you will visit a fulfillment centre to fill out some forms, answer a few questions based on a short information based video about what the job is about. It’s a very simple and quick process because Amazon has a quick turn around and needs to hire a lot of people quickly especially in the warehouses. And for that reason it feels a bit rushed and overwhelming but they are pretty happy to answer any questions you have about the job.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
