I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Houston, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied online through the Amazon website and I was scheduled for an interview, which consists of two rounds with two different interviewers. The interviewer currently work in that role and the other was the supervisor on that role
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It’s the holiday returns season and your associates are moving fast to meet the team’s goals. During your shift, you notice several warehouse associates taking shortcuts that violate safety protocols when competing their work. This includes not using ladders when reaching for packages and walking through ‘off limit’ zones. If you have any downtime during the shift, your team won’t be able to meet their goals. • What steps do you take to address the issue? • How would you handle resistance from associates? • What risks are involved if you do not address the issue? • How can you prevent reoccurrence? • What is your desired outcome?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
