It was two rounds of interviews; one was with an Operations Manager and the other was with HR. I enjoyed the conversations with both. Answer your questions according to the STAR method.

Tell me about a time that you had a project that you were not sure you were going to meet the deadline on. How did you handle that? What would have done differently?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
