There really is no interview involved if starting as T1. Mainly if fulfill the pre-hire appointment needs of a drug test and your I-9, along with a cleared background test, you should be able to get your new shoes and sign any necessary documents. Show up to orientation, and your good.

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
