Follow the STAR method. Google it. Look to answer questions which focus on metrics and how YOU were able to use data/metrics to improve the Company. Met with four managers to answer two questions each. They will tell you who you are meeting with, research those people on social media.

What was a problem you identified, quantified and were able to improve the situation? What went well? What would you have done differently?
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.
