Interview
It was about 2 and half months long.
There are 3 stages: a psychological skills test, technical skills, to which it is convenient to study for, as the question are quite complex and the time is short to complete the test. And the last stage is the interview process to which you are given 2-3 weeks to prepare basing everything on the pillars of the company.

They were all based on the pillars of the company. No surprises.
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.

Importante prepararse bien business cases basados en los leadership principles de Amazon. Importantes son los de Customer Obsession, Ownership, Earn trust, Bias for action, etc. Te hacen preguntas situacionales y follow up questions.
