There is no interview. You apply for a job and you will be given one of several assessments. After that if chosen, you start orientation online. Then you will be sent a date for onboarding and shortly after that, day 1. The process took 2-3 weeks.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
