Was a long video interview with 3 different employees, all separate. They were fairly normal interview questions but received no follow up despite thinking they all went well. Had to answer questions using the STAR format.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision regarding a conflict with an employee.
30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
